Job summary

Centene is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead planning and delivery of strategic programs and complex enterprise-wide projects across healthcare operations. • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, and execution of enterprise-wide programs (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create timelines and ensure deliverables align with standards.
• Coordinate multiple project managers and workstreams across functions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for executive updates and analytics post-implementation.
• Prepare materials for Program Steering Committees and manage risks.
