Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex client programs and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client partnerships, serving as a key point of contact for client needs, service delivery, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure successful delivery of products and services.
• Understand program scope, participate in planning and milestone development, and align programs with business objectives and requirements.
• Lead special projects and develop solutions that improve client experience, operational support, and program execution.
• Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings to review performance, issues, services, priorities, and next steps.
• Understanding program scope, participating in planning milestones, and aligning with business and budgetary requirements
• Identifying and securing participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and execution
• Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation
• Scheduling and managing workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish
• Managing program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and success criteria with stakeholders
• Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and taking corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptions
• Allocating resources efficiently to support program objectives and assisting in forecasting budget and resource needs
• Escalating issues timely for management review and balancing program scope, time, and costs effectively
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
