Job summary

Comcast is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large, complex enterprise network deployments through the full customer implementation lifecycle. You will coordinate planning, testing, deployment, and delivery while ensuring a high-quality, positive customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, proactive risk management, and mentor to junior PMs. The candidate must reside in PA, CO, IL, OH, or GA with proximity to a hub location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in program management or enterprise network deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise network deployment programs from planning through deployment.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to set clear expectations and drive execution.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer experience; escalate when delivery is at risk.
• Develop mitigation plans, manage scope changes, and ensure resources focus on business outcomes.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to program management best practices.
• Maintain documentation, track tasks and milestones, and report progress regularly.
