Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. seeks a Program Manager III to provide administrative oversight for the Murtha Cancer Center Research Program (MCCRP) at the Joint Pathology Center (JPC) in Silver Spring, Maryland.

You will coordinate resources, manage project scope and schedules, and produce status reports to MCCRP leadership, while ensuring compliance with security requirements and DoD program expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 9–10 years of relevant program management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational elements of one or more projects; document scope, plan, milestones, funding and resources with stakeholders.
• Produce and distribute project status reports; provide updates to JPC and MCCRP leadership as requested.
• Coordinate meetings; prepare agendas and minutes to support project needs.
• Develop SOPs for MCC-JPC projects (APOLLO5, APOLLO7, CPDR, GYN-COE, BRAC Prometheus, CSVCC, Prometheus, JIF).
• Aid in drafting master MCC-JPC collaborative agreements and manage MCC personnel at the JPC.
