Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is seeking a Program Manager III to provide administrative oversight for the Murtha Cancer Center Research Program in Silver Spring, MD. You will drive deliverables, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage SOPs for multiple projects supporting the JPC collaboration.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 9–10 years of experience, and a PMP is desirable. This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SOPs and protocols.
• Clear communication and ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more projects, define scope, schedule, milestones and resources.
• Prepare status reports and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs for MCC-JPC projects and draft collaborative agreements.
• Manage MCC personnel assigned to JPC and ensure training as needed.
