Job summary

Credence is seeking a senior Program Manager B-52 (WBD) to support the B-52 Stratofortress Division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role emphasizes risk management, IPT participation, and schedule management across acquisition life cycles to sustain and modernize the fleet.

Responsibilities include developing program strategy, cost/schedule analyses, and coordinating across DoD phases from MSA to O&S. Strong leadership and DoD regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (or higher) required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field, with 10+ years DoD/program management experience; or a Bachelor's with 12+ years.
• Experience with DoD acquisition regulations and JCIDS processes.
• Ability to develop and coordinate acquisition documentation and RFPs.
• Strong scheduling and risk analysis using integrated master schedules.
• Proven ability to lead IPTs and coordinate across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management and project management support for B-52 programs.
• Collect inputs across life cycles and support modernization efforts.
• Develop and coordinate responses to taskers and inquiries.
• Support UON/JUON execution and trade-off analyses for schedule and cost.
• Produce program office products including BCAs and acquisition plans.
• Assist with MSAs, TMRR, EMD, and O&S milestone activities.
• Support IMPs and IMSs with schedule networking and status reporting.
• Coordinate acquisition documentation and contracting efforts.
