Qualifications

• Typically requires 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or 9+ years with a Master's
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production and deployment
• Experience in military aviation or defense programs is preferred
• Strong understanding of software-enabled systems and autonomy in aerospace
• Exceptional customer communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Hivemind Enterprise software to Armed Services and OEM customers.
• Coordinate integration of autonomy software onto next‑gen aircraft platforms.
• Define program objectives tied to mission impact, customer success, and technical performance.
• Own integrated project plans: scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate rigorous decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate system integration across labs, ground and flight tests; drive readiness reviews.
• Maintain alignment of product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
• Develop and refine engineering documentation and change orders.
• Create an environment enabling teams to execute with ownership and urgency.
• Track program financials, resources, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Support proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and strategic customer engagements.
