Responsibilities

• Manage program P&L and timing using the Joyson Gate Review process for new launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales and finance to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor key deliverables and adjust plans to remove obstacles.
• Represent Joyson Safety Systems at customer meetings and reviews.
• Forecast expenses and ensure program appropriation requests are submitted for approval.
• Maintain documentation and reports of program progress.
