Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate professional services for an Army-focused opportunity, including operations analysis, modeling, wargaming, and scenario development. The role requires ensuring contract requirements, task orders, and performance standards are met across program locations, with coordination with the KO and COR.

This position is based at White Sands Missile Range, NM or Fort Bliss, TX and is contingent upon contract award; a Top Secret Clearance is

Qualifications

• 10 years minimum experience in program management or related fields.
• 5 years of PM experience for contracts with U.S. Army.
• 5 years of experience in operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development.
• Top Secret Clearance or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contract administration and client relationship management.
• Plan, direct, and oversee execution of all task orders for Army Analysis Center operations.
• Ensure deliverables, products, services, and personnel meet government needs and expectations.
• Participate in post-award conferences, coordination meetings, technical reviews, and progress briefings.
