Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track and communicate progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability, with the ability to work with PMO teams and leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with PMO teams to track progress and KR’s.
• SQL or IQL analytical ability.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results across PMO teams.
• Set up program meetings and communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
