Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide the Falconer/AOC modernization and sustainment effort. The role involves shaping technical vision, risk assessment, and delivering executable solutions in a mission-critical defense environment.

Ideal candidates have deep DoD program experience, strong leadership, and hands-on capability across cloud, cyber security, RMF, and system integration. Onsite work with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years delivering complex DoD/air operations technology programs.
• Proven experience as technical lead or solutions architect.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior technical development for Falconer/AOC modernization and proposals.
• Develop integrated approach across sustainment, modernization, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity.
• Identify risks and gaps before proposal submission.
• Coordinate with PM to align technical approach with cost and schedule.
