Principal Accountabilities

Design, develop, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models to address business challenges. Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define analytical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations. Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities, methodologies, and best practices. Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging data science tools and technologies.

Applies advanced knowledge of data science principles, methodologies, and industry practices. Integrates information from multiple sources to solve complex business problems. • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Hiring Range: $142,560.00 USD - $178,200.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
