Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership in embedded software.
• Strong understanding of embedded software lifecycles and Agile methods.
• Experience with coordinating cross-functional teams and multi-project execution.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable project plans.
• Experience with ARM Cortex‑M based embedded systems and SDK development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple embedded software programs from pre‑silicon to production.
• Develop integrated project plans with engineering teams, estimate effort, and set milestones.
• Track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies across concurrent programs.
• Coordinate with architecture, RTL, design verification, validation, and product management.
• Deliver data‑driven insights, dashboards, and executive status reports on schedules and risks.
