Job summary

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management from proposal through execution.
• Experience with Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate programmatic team.
• Develop, maintain, track, and update schedules and earned value baselines of program statement of work.
• Own program contractual responsibilities from delivery of incremental capability through sell off and verification.
• Coordinate with Engineering Capability leaders on software products and functionalities for system integrations.
• Assist in PI planning to ensure executability of plan.
• Collaborate on new business proposals involving multiple Boeing units to capture and keep programs sold.
