Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product delivery.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of initiatives across internal content planning and production systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, product, UX, and business teams.
• Track progress against product goals (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, business outcomes).
• Engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, and sprint ceremonies.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools.
• Partner closely with a Product Owner (offshore) to strengthen requirements quality and backlog hygiene.
