PWS Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Remote (Must be local to the DC area)
Responsibilities
Oversees the development of contractor staff, and alignment of the staff to the Government’s requirement at the task order level.
Provides and ensures quality and timely services and delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
Serves as point of contact with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO).
Performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple groups of personnel at multiple locations.
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports demonstrating task order progress and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees successful contract/task order completion.
Maintains effective client interface with the COR.
Motivates contractor staff and ensures contractor staff are adequately trained and fully understands the work environment.
Contributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of subject matter related to the designated field or discipline.
Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Areas of expertise may include business process reengineering, performance management, statistical process control, individual and organizational assessment and evaluation, process modeling and simulation, strategic and business planning, change management, organizational development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and situational awareness and decision support.
Qualifications
