Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience as a program manager - Experience with cloud transformations highly preferred
- Experience leading all phases of the project lifecycle from plan creation to deliverables
- Effectively able to work with teams to identify risks and proactively monitor/resolve those risks
- Familiar and certified with Agile (scrum) and SAFe frameworks
- Experience leading programs for a cloud transformation and must be able to understand how data is moved
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Must be an excellent communicator - able to present and speak with leadership, directors, and VPS.

Day-to-Day
- Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work for one of our clients in the Kansas City, MO area. This is a hybrid role, so 3 days in office is required. This person will be responsible for leading all phases of a cloud transformation project lifecycle, whether that be from the creation portion to the timeline, or even ensuring that deliverables are being met. This person will be working alongside other program managers, architects, and the infrastructure team so being a good communicator is a must! You will be required to communicate the project status, any risks, and the scope of the project to clients. This person will be essential to drive collaboration across many teams. A big part of this role will require you to use Microsoft office. Any additional knowledge within the cyber security or asset management space would be a big plus for fitting into this role! The ideal candidate will have previously helped lead a program or project dedicated to cloud transformation with agile and SAFe methodologies.
