Baringa’s Digital & Technology practice in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to lead complex commodity trading transformation programs. You will partner across trading, risk, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders to deliver practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a consulting role with large-scale program leadership.
• Experience delivering ETRM/CTRM implementations or similar.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Led PMOs with integrated planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience across Commodities & Energy Trading domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business and technology transformation programs for Commodities & Energy Trading.
• Oversee full program lifecycle from mobilization to business-as-usual operations.
• Establish and lead high-performing PMOs with governance and reporting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Provide delivery assurance and risk management in complex environments.
• Manage multidisciplinary client, vendor, and SI teams; coach junior consultants.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposal shaping.
