Job Description
Program Analyst supporting CIO Infrastructure Services, responsible for driving performance success of a large, complex technology program. Supports planning, execution, reporting, and coordination activities across Engineering, Operations, and Tech Refresh service areas. Ensures resources are aligned, risks mitigated, deliverables stay on track, and program operates with clarity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and contractual obligations.
- Develop, maintain, and track program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee daily program management activities, including subcontract coordination, material requests, personnel accountability, and internal tasking.
- Manage and track labor, travel, ODCs, and billing inputs; ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Prepare, monitor, and disseminate contract deliverables across Engineering, Operations, and Tech Refresh activities.
- Maintain the master program staffing plan, ensuring alignment between requirements, labor categories, hiring, and onboarding.
- Coordinate internal resources to support operational, engineering, and project‑driven needs.
- Identify and help mitigate program and project risks through collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Support cross‑team communication, documentation, and status reporting to maintain alignment across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience in program or project management in a large, multifunctional technical environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or equivalent experience (10–12 years of relevant IT experience).
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and contract deliverables management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with program management tools and reporting processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph; ability to obtain the same.
- US citizenship required.
- Location: Onsite (MD); willing to travel to additional sites as needed.
Salary
The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 – $199,278.
