Job summary

Leidos in Hawai‘i is seeking a Program Logistics Planner to serve as the senior logistics planning authority for the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) contract. You will lead crisis action planning, contingency response, and day-to-day logistics planning across USPACOM and component commands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 13+ years.
• Experience in crisis action or contingency planning within DoD, federal, or defense industry.
• Working knowledge of DoD contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Experience developing planning products, processes, or standards for a large program.

Responsibilities

• Lead crisis action planning for emergent operations and disasters.
• Develop and maintain program-level logistics planning products and standards.
• Coordinate with USPACOM staff and command logisticians to align requirements and resources.
• Identify resource and support requirements to execute crisis and steady-state logistics.
• Monitor mission requirements and adapt plans to changing conditions.
• Mentor senior- and journeyman-level planners across ILS2 tasks.
• Represent ILS2 in logistics forums, exercises, and working groups.
• Support proposal development and program growth with planning approaches and staffing estimates.
