Job summary

Leidos in Hawai'i is seeking a Project Plan Manager to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) contract. You will develop and maintain project plans across contract execution, resource management, scheduling, and cost management, with the added requirement to support crisis action planning and rapid re-planning during regional crises or disasters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's with extensive relevant experience.
Experience developing and managing project plans in a DoD, federal, or defense industry environment.
Active TS clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
Experience supporting crisis action planning or emergent/no-notice operations.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and integrate project plans supporting contract execution, resource management, schedule performance, and cost management.
Establish planning frameworks, milestones, dependencies, and performance measures.
Coordinate with program leadership, technical teams, and government customers to reflect current requirements.
Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Rapidly adapt project plans and resources for emergent operations and contingencies.
Apply standard project planning discipline to crisis action planning and contingency products.
