Job summary

BLOX is seeking a Senior Manager, Program in the United States to lead one or more modular programs, own P&L, and build a high-performing team. You will drive strategic decisions, maintain executive client relationships, and refine program operations to scale responsibly.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set scheduling and financial standards, and ensure safety and quality culture across programs. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and leadership to deliver at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with programs totaling >$100M contract revenue.
• Demonstrated C-suite-level client relationships.
• Ability to build, restructure, and right-size a program team.
• Ability to take direct control of a program in jeopardy and return it to stability.
• Experience defending Business Case Reviews with Executive Leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Strong financial acumen and explicit margin accountability.
• Advanced scheduling proficiency across MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own program P&L with margin accountability across assigned programs.
• Design and restructure program teams to meet demand; evaluate structure and capability gaps.
• Develop and maintain C-suite-level client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic pipeline decisions based on capacity, margin, and fit.
• Directly manage programs in jeopardy to restore stability.
• Refine program procedures; set schedule, financial reporting, procurement, and stakeholder standards.
• Present and defend Business Case Reviews to Executives.
• Lead and develop a team of program Managers and Senior PMs.
• Champion leadership development and safety/quality culture across programs.
• Ensure BLOX standards and practices are followed across all programs.
• Represent programs in executive forums and drive cross-program lessons into organizational practice.
