Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager Practice Leader to provide enterprise-level leadership for the PMCM Team across multiple markets, including Albany, Atlanta, Boston, and Miami. You will set direction for program delivery, foster client partnerships, and oversee profitability.

You’ll drive business growth, oversee P&L, and align strategy with execution. This is a high-impact role shaping the practice’s future while delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years progressive industry experience.
• Strong strategic mindset for growth and delivery excellence.
• Financial management experience with P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Owner’s Representation & Project Management team; monitor morale, engagement, and talent retention.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Business Practice; position the practice as a trusted advisor in owner-focused program delivery.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality projects; oversee PM standards, QA, and client satisfaction.
• Provide full P&L oversight; set financial targets, budgets, and monitor performance against metrics.
• Strengthen project management excellence across the practice; guide scope, schedule, cost, risk, and delivery quality.
• Align staffing with backlog and workload projections for optimal utilization.
• Collaborate across practices and markets to improve efficiency and share expertise.
• Contribute to client program management and multiple project coordination; manage documentation and reporting tools.
• Support business development and market growth through proposals, client engagement, and pursuit strategy.
