Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Senior Program Manager to plan and manage multiple large cross-functional projects within a medical instrumentation environment. You will lead project and program teams, coordinate budgets, and interact with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory groups to deliver on goals.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced project management skills, and experience in design control. A base salary range is provided, with broad responsibilities across programs and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM field; MS/MBA preferred.
• Coursework in accounting, business economics, strategy development, or resource management.
• At least 10 years of experience; strong leadership in product development.
• Experience launching a medical instrumentation product is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and team leadership to multiple large project teams.
• Plan and manage project plans, milestones and resources across programs.
• Lead risk management and design control processes within programs.
• Coordinate with Quality/Regulatory and Manufacturing disciplines.
• Communicate plans and status to executive management and stakeholders.
