Responsibilities

• Understanding program scope as defined by business requirements, guiding key planning milestones, and aligning with budgetary frameworks
• Engaging cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities, and fostering collaboration for program success
• Crafting detailed program plans that align with strategic goals, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine objectives
• Leading core team efforts to identify, schedule, and manage comprehensive workstreams for successful program execution
• Overseeing dependencies, conducting risk assessments, and establishing contingency plans to ensure program robustness
• Balancing program scope, timelines, and costs, assisting teams in strategic decision-making to optimize program deliverables
• Monitoring program performance, making data-driven adjustments, and ensuring timely completion of action items
• Documenting significant program changes, maintaining transparency with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with enterprise processes
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
