Job summary

Credera is seeking a Senior Architect for Addison, TX, to lead program leadership engagements. You will partner with clients to design program structures, clarify needs, and drive execution across Agile transitions. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and clear executive communication.

You will mentor teams, coach talent, and contribute to practice development while delivering measurable business outcomes for clients and stakeholders in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong mentoring mindset and experience coaching junior talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Crederians across capabilities to develop and execute a program plan.
• Advise clients on best-in-class Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and implementation.
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications to drive key decisions.
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand client challenges and map initiatives.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to capability development.
