L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Program Management for the Advanced Missile Propulsion & Technologies (AMPT) team in the Missile Defense and Warheads organization. The role directs programs from inception through completion, with emphasis on cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The position requires a strong PM background, engineering degree, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline; 9+ years of PM experience; Graduate Degree preferred (7+ years) or 13 years experience in lieu of degree.
• PMP certification is preferred and EVMS concepts are relevant.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Participates in contract negotiations and changes.
• Coordinates proposals, budgets, SOWs, and specifications for contracts.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews with customers.
• Leads product development decisions, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manages large, cross-functional teams and mid-to-long term strategic initiatives.
• Possesses capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance; travel up to 15%.
