Job summary

• Data Monitoring & Program Evaluation: design data systems, track KPIs, evaluate programs.
• Prepare reports and executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
• Technical Assistance: provide guidance on youth engagement, compliance, and tools.
• Strategic Program Support: align programs with institutional priorities and partnerships.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: liaison with URMC, HR, partners, and schools.
