Job summary

PCG | Project Consulting Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale programs in financial services, with emphasis on wealth management and asset management. You will own program planning, governance, and delivery with executive engagement to align with business objectives.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of schedules, budgets, and risk, driving technology-enabled transformations and measurable ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience managing large-scale programs in financial services, wealth management, or asset management.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with system implementations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management operations, investment processes, or advisory services.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms).
• Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects for wealth and asset management initiatives, including system implementations and process transformation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Partner with executives, steering committees, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Manage resources, vendors, and team capacity to drive results.
• Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor KPIs and program outcomes to assess success and ROI.
• Support adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual.
