Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator in Austin, TX, to support Mission Operations.

You will coordinate multi-workstream programs, drive planning through delivery, and ensure readiness across operations, sustainment, training, and R&D for defense and commercial customers. You will partner with engineering and mission stakeholders to remove blockers, maintain schedules, and provide dashboards and reports that keep leadership informed of progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Communications, or related field OR 4+ years military service
• 5–7 years of program coordination, project management, or operations experience supporting operational, sustainment, training, or R&D programs
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Slack, NetSuite, and Confluence
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment
• Current U.S. passport

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination for complex, multi-workstream Mission Operations programs spanning operations, sustainment, training, and R&D
• Ensure operational readiness milestones across fielded operations, vessel and system sustainment, and training for defense and commercial customers
• Partner with engineering, test, and mission stakeholders to remove blockers and align on priorities
• Track and monitor all ongoing programs to ensure visibility of milestones and decisions
• Own and improve dashboards, schedules, and internal reports for leadership on program health
• Coordinate logistics behind operations, sustainment events, training deliveries, and R&D activities
• Onboard new team members by coordinating logistics and access to systems
• Travel domestically and internationally to support planning and execution
