Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years military leadership/operational experience.
• 5–7 years in program coordination, project management, or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination for multi-workstream Mission Operations programs from planning through delivery.
• Ensure operational readiness milestones across fielded operations, sustainment, training and R&D for defense and commercial customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, test, and mission stakeholders to remove blockers and align priorities.
