Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 10+ years of relevant Program/Project Management experience.
• PMI certification preferred and ability to manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Develop plans to meet cost targets and schedules; report progress to management.
• Manage customer relationships, bids, and proposals; drive risk mitigation.
• Ensure product readiness, feasibility reviews, and on-time delivery.
