Job summary

BizFlow is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise modernization program from planning through delivery. This senior delivery leadership role owns the plan, governance, risk posture, and executive relationships, and directs a project manager while guiding business analysts and engineering toward on-time, on-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years experience leading software implementation programs end to end.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing project managers or delivery staff.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Strong risk and issue management and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Program governance experience with cadence, reporting, and executive briefings.
• Financial and scope discipline: managing program budget, scope, and change control.
• Ability to hold the big picture across workstreams while driving detailed execution.
• Cross‑functional leadership across business analysis, engineering, QA, and customer teams.
• Working command of the SDLC and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end program delivery.
• Lead a PM and coordinate business analysts across workstreams.
• Keep the program aligned to plan and ahead of risks.
• Build and maintain the integrated plan, roadmap, and milestones.
• Establish governance cadences and executive briefings.
• Manage scope, budget, and change control toward objectives.
• Direct and develop the delivery team across workstreams.
• Own risk and dependency management and escalate when needed.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and executive communications.
