Job summary

Infosys Consulting is leading a large-scale data modernization program to move the bank’s data estate onto a governed, cloud-based, AI-ready platform. The Program Lead will orchestrate scope, scheduling, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment across waves of delivery in a regulated banking environment.

The role emphasizes governance, change management, and executive communication, while enabling the client and Infosys teams to absorb each wave of change and achieve sustained value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 9+ years of program/project management experience, including multi-year, multi-workstream programs.
• Proven governance experience: steering committees, RAID/issue management, stage-gate reviews, executive reporting.
• Strong change management and user adoption planning for large tech transformations.
• Experience with formal change control processes and CAB governance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-program dependencies in complex environments.
• Familiarity with data platforms, ETL, cloud data platforms, data governance.
• Experience with onshore-offshore and GCC governance models.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days/week to client locations.

Responsibilities
