Job summary

Infosys Consulting is leading a large data modernization and AI-enabled program within the banking sector. The Program Lead will unify scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management across all workstreams, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment without owning technical delivery.

The role emphasizes program leadership, cadence, and organizational adoption, with travel to client locations as needed. A strong background in PM fundamentals and cross-functional coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of program/project management experience, including 6+ years managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-workstream technology or data transformation programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end program governance: steering committee management, RAID/issue management, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Strong experience in organizational change management and user adoption planning for large technology transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-program dependencies in complex, multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance and execution across all workstreams and migration waves.
• Establish and operate program management disciplines, including status reporting, forecast-to-actual tracking, and governance.
• Manage program risk, issue, dependency, and assumption management within a RAID framework.
• Oversee program controls, financials, and contractual obligations, including budget oversight and invoicing protection.
• Coordinate release, cutover, and transformation readiness activities with governance and executive stakeholders.
