Job summary

RayzeBio seeks an Associate Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional planning and execution of development programs. You will define strategy, manage timelines, and drive the team toward on-time, on-budget delivery while handling risks and regulatory considerations.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma with drug development experience, and an advanced degree is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and Smartsheet is expected, and AI-driven execution is encouraged.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with drug development experience (pre-IND through NDA)
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred; PMP a plus
• Minimum 5+ years in Biotech/Pharma; project management required

Responsibilities

• Support program strategic planning; build functional plans
• Maintain integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies
• Identify risks; develop mitigations; elevate issues to leadership
• Lead team meetings; document decisions and actions
• Communicate across the program team to ensure alignment
• Apply PM best practices; improve ways of working within the organization
