Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Staff-level Program Intelligence Analyst to set direction and deliver analytics and AI capabilities across the PMO. The role blends data strategy, storytelling, and portfolio execution to equip senior leadership with trusted insights for faster, smarter decisions.

You'll define scalable patterns, governance for data products, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams while mentoring others and maintaining individual contributor responsibilities in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive BI, analytics, data products, or enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Advanced SQL and Python with cloud analytics platforms (Databricks, AWS), and AI‑driven solutions.
• Proven track record delivering scalable dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate metrics into executive‑level insights and decisions.
• Strong communication, visualization, and data storytelling skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to influence across stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long‑term Program Intelligence strategy, metrics, and governance.
• Direct the design and delivery of dashboards, AI Agents, web apps, and reports for program health and delivery.
• Establish data quality definitions and governance practices.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable data models and AI solutions.
• Synthesize data into clear narratives and executive recommendations.
• Drive adoption and measure value of Program Intelligence capabilities.
