Job summary

The candidate will manage risk, coordinate with senior leaders and government agencies, and oversee multiple workstreams to optimize operations and achieve mission objectives in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related experience in military operations, systems integration, or related roles, focusing on integrated fires/air and missile defense programs.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Experience briefing DoD senior leaders and influencing active decision-making efforts.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize programmatic efforts to deliver capability to GDA on time.
• Coordinate with senior military leaders, acquisition teams, and governmental agencies to ensure effective integration.
• Analyze operational requirements and identify capability gaps; propose integrated solutions.
• Plan strategic initiatives and synchronize capability delivery for operational effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and working groups; present information to senior leadership.
