Job summary

Ignite is seeking a driven Program Integrator to support the PEO Missiles and Space, IFMC Project Office in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on coordinating Army IBCS integration with the MDA THAAD system and delivering mission-critical results in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 3–10 years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a US citizenship with the ability to obtain an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of business, financial, contract, logistics and technical management experience.
• Strong understanding of Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
• Excellent communication and people skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Office leadership on business, financial, contract, logistics and technical management activities related to Army IBCS system integration with the MDA THAAD System.
• Represent the Product Office leadership when the government leader is not available.
• Develop strategic and external/internal written and verbal communications, including weekly Situation Reports and charts.
• Coordinate internal/external coordination with FMS and Domestic partners and PMO leads/teams.
• Coordinate IPTs, Meetings and Working Groups, develop briefings, agendas, minutes and action items.
• Coordinate domestic and foreign disclosure staffing requests and ensure proper marking according to PMO information security standards.
• Develop and maintain historical archives to preserve decisions for PMO leadership knowledge.
• Assess long-range factors that could affect programmatic or technical progress.
• Provide periodic reviews with representatives to determine status of the project and milestones.
