Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) seeks a Permanent, Full-Time Program and Management Analyst at AFIMSC, San Antonio, TX. Qualifications

• Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods to accomplish long-range strategic planning for human resources.
• Ability to brief representatives of services organizations and provide HR expertise in meetings and work groups.
• Experience advising leadership and developing HR policies and guidance for large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Senior Analyst in the Personnel Directorate, providing managers with information for decisions on administrative and programmatic HR aspects.
• Develops and recommends human resources policies and guidance for AFIMSC activities.
• Briefs leadership and coordinates with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives.
