Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Finance to partner with program teams and drive financial analysis across proposals, contracts, and programs.

The role supports all phases from proposal through closeout, develops and distributes financial reports, and ensures data quality for informed decision-making. A strong background in cost control, budgeting, EV analysis, and ICFR adherence is essential. Relocation assistance is available; 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business with 6 years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis on programs, including actuals, ETC, EAC and Earned Value.
• Monitor, analyze, estimates and report cost and schedule performance against baseline.
• Program Cash Flow management to ensure program health and management decision making.
• Regularly provide program progress briefs to senior and executive management.
• Prices proposals and convert cost proposals to contract budgets and track budgets.
• Participate in the bid process by assisting program management in establishing cost accounts and EV criteria.
• Ensure actual costs reported agree with the general ledger and estimates are supported.
• Maintain current, accurate files including quad chart content.
• Adhere to ICFRs and corporate accounting policies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ad hoc analysis as required.
