Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Program Finance in the Arlington/Rosslyn area to oversee financial management for contract programs.

The role covers cost management, EAC analysis, and structuring subcontracting between affiliated shipyards as programs move from bid to execution. You will work with program management, contracts, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate cost data, monitor variances, and support negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of program/contract finance experience in government contracting environment.
• Experience with EAC processes, FFP, FPI, CPFF, and other contract types.

Responsibilities

• Support EAC governance and contract cost management for HDUSA's shipbuilding programs.
• Track program financial performance against budget and estimate, flag risks and variances.
• Support the financial design and management of subcontracting between affiliated shipyard entities.
• Assist with FFP/FPI contract cost analysis and support negotiations from a cost/pricing perspective.
• Support external Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate with FP&A, contracts, and compliance teams to ensure cost data consistency.
• Help transition programs from bid to execution-stage cost management after awards.
