TRIDENT SYSTEMS LLC in Fairfax, VA seeks a Senior Program Finance Manager to lead financial management across aerospace and defense programs. You will partner with Program Managers, FP&A, Accounting, Contracts and Operations to forecast performance and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will drive accurate revenue recognition and develop scalable program finance processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Strong program finance fundamentals and DoD/IC program exposure.
• Experience in developing Estimates at Completion (EACs) and forecasts.
• Ability to translate program details into clear financial outlooks for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop program finance staff through coaching and increasing ownership.
• Serve as primary finance partner to Program Managers across lifecycles.
• Lead development and review of Estimates at Completion (EACs) with cost, schedule, staffing, and margin assumptions.
• Own program-level forecasting of revenue, cost, margin, cash and backlog with monthly submissions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to support revenue recognition and EAC changes.
• Identify and communicate program financial risks and opportunities in forecasts.
