Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of finance experience or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years relevant experience may be considered.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience supporting complex programs in finance or program finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Palm Bay, FL.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support complex programs with cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
• Prepare and analyze sales, profit, and cash forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis and program performance reporting.
• Support EVMS activities and reporting.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing financial reports.
• Support financial audits and related activities.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and variances.
• Partner with program managers for financial decisions.
• Work with multiple contract types and their financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
• Identify and resolve complex financial issues proactively.
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Present financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
