Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of finance experience, OR
• Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of finance experience
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience may be considered
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required
• Experience supporting complex programs in a finance or program‑finance environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Palm Bay, FL

Responsibilities

• Support complex programs involving cost-plus and fixed-price contracts.
• Prepare and analyze sales, profit, and cash forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis and program performance reporting.
• Support Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) activities and reporting.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing financial reports.
• Support financial audits and other program-related financial activities.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and variances.
• Partner with program managers and business leaders to support financial decision‑making.
• Work with multiple contract types and understand their financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify and proactively resolve complex financial issues.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Present financial information and analysis to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
