Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of advanced technology efforts within the Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) organization. This role will contribute to successful execution of CRAD programs by coordinating activities, supporting planning and reporting, and ensuring alignment with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

The candidate will work with engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, and security partners onsite in Tucson,

Qualifications

Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of engineering experience.
Experience supporting IRAD/CRAD efforts, planning, execution tracking, or reporting.
Experience with program lifecycle management including cost, schedule, and technical baseline development.

Responsibilities

Monitor progress and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Develop and track program plans, milestones, budgets, and resource needs.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders with clear status visibility.
Participate in risk and opportunity management, including mitigation actions.
Prepare program metrics, presentations, and status updates for monthly reviews.
Ensure adherence to RTX program management processes and contractual requirements.
