Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of advanced technology efforts within the Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) organization in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role coordinates CRAD programs, plans, and reporting to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

You will work with engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, and security partners to drive disciplined program execution and ensure compliance with established processes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience supporting IRAD and/or CRAD efforts, including planning, execution tracking, or reporting.
• Experience with program lifecycle management, including cost, schedule, and technical baseline development.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution programs by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop, maintain, and track program plans, milestones, budgets, and resource needs in alignment with established objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in risk and opportunity management activities, including identification, documentation, and tracking of mitigation actions.
• Prepare and deliver program metrics, presentations, and status updates for monthly reports and internal reviews.
• Ensure adherence to RTX program management processes, policies, and applicable contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with peer program teams across the portfolio to support resource planning, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.
