Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Program Engineer to lead large-scale IT services and cloud initiatives across Engineering, Security and Compliance. You will drive the engineering roadmap, influence cross-team priorities and ensure delivery in a regulated environment.

You will shape deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage cross-region disaster recovery, and implement Zero Trust identity programs for federal and commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Requires deep experience in IT services, cloud infrastructure and platform engineering for regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs in SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting FedRAMP/DoD/ISO or similar compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end federal platform and cloud initiative programs.
• Define and align program strategy with Engineering, Security, Compliance and Product leadership.
• Oversee AWS and GovCloud deployments with emphasis on security and resilience.
• Coordinate Terraform coverage and automated deployments across GovCloud.
• Drive disaster recovery planning and cross-region failover testing.
• Advance Zero Trust identity deployments (KeeperPAM) and automation.
