AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Sr Program Director/Owner’s Representative Lead to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role serves as the client’s single point of accountability for the full lifecycle of the Owner’s Representative engagement, directing all workstreams and safeguarding client interests on a greenfield pharma campus project.

The candidate will lead governance, schedule, budget, and performance, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with contractual requirements while managing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field and ten years related experience including personnel.
• 20+ years professional experience (BS) or 15+ years (MS/MBA), with at least 5 years managing complex projects.
• Experience on multi-billion-dollar programs, pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize observation and documentation of construction projects.
• Schedule and coordinate observation, testing, and material sampling.
• Assign, lead, and supervise internal staff involved in observation and testing.
• Monitor contractors' progress and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee all aspects of the program from chartering to closeout.
