Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years applicable experience with related populations in human services.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience in human services/public health.
• LCSW or LMHC required for IMT Programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for program operations ensuring alignment with CUCS mission and values.
• Oversee clinical and case management services with trauma-informed, client-centered approaches.
• Lead staff through crises with safety and clear communication.
• Build high-performing teams through supervision, onboarding, and professional development.
• Manage program budgets, staffing, and contractor relationships in a unionized environment.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements, regulatory standards, and quality assurance.
